With 25 years experience in commercial and residential construction Kevin has managed multi-million dollar projects. Moving to the Outer Banks in 1994 from Baltimore area he has supervised construction of numerous homes from Hatteras to Corolla. With hands on ability Kevin is able to foresee enhancement ideas as well as potential problems prior to construction.  From the foundation and framing, to the interior trim and finishes he has experienced it all and is one of the assets to Outer Banks Remodeling. His mission is to supervise the work crews to achieve company goals and maintain quality and performance standards.

I'm a firm believer in  you can't lead in this industry from behind a desk. I personally supervise my jobs with a "lead by example mentality" while dealing with any retro-fit necessary for mechanical trades.
